Not Broken, Alone 🌧️

There is a quiet that isn't peaceful.
It makes too much noise in a calm room.
It's not the kind of isolation you choose when you're tired of people—
it's the kind that finds you, even when all you want is to be around them. 🪞

I've sat in rooms with four walls, a locked door, and a heart that just wanted someone to knock.
Not to help me. Just to see me.
Being alone isn't always about being physically by yourself.
Even in a crowded room, you can feel like a ghost with a heartbeat. 💔
Smiling on the outside, slowly unraveling on the inside.

Sometimes, solitude is a choice—you pull away to protect your peace. 🕊️
Other times, it's punishment.
Life turns its back.
Or maybe something breaks inside you that no one saw coming.
You want to explain, but how do you describe a storm
while everyone else is basking in the sun?

But here's the truth: being alone doesn't make you weak.
It doesn't mean you've been forgotten.
It means you're human. 🤍
It means your spirit is asking for more—understanding, healing, room to breathe.
And that space? That is sacred ground.

In my worst moments, I learned how to hold my own hand.
I discovered that sometimes, solitude is survival.
That God still speaks, even when no one else is listening. 🙏
That there's strength in feeling fragile.
And that healing can begin in the silence. 🌿

So if you’re fading into the background, don’t give up.
You’re still here. You’re still seen.
You’re just in a season—and seasons always shift. 🍂🌷

One day soon, someone will look you in the eyes and say, “I see you.”
But until then, let me say it first:
I see you. You are not alone. 🤍
